The photographs on this site are copyright protected. When you select an image from the library, or assign a photo-shoot, you are buying specific rights to that image. It is important that the terms of license agreement accurately reflect your needs. Below, in order of cost, are the various licensing options and their definitions:
1. One-time use, Non-exclusive:

• Buyer has one specific use in mind.
• Buyer does not mind if other buyers license rights to the same photo during the agreed period of usage.
2. One-Time Use, with Industry Exclusivity:
• Buyer has one specific use in mind.
• Buyer wishes to restrict competitors from the same industry from using the image during the specified period of usage.
3. One-Time Use, with Total Exclusivity:
• Buyer has one specific use in mind.
• Buyer wishes to restrict ALL other buyers from using the same image during the specified period of usage.
4. Unlimited Use, with Industry Exclusivity:
• Buyer can use the image as often and in as many uses as needed, for a specified period of usage.
• Buyer wishes to restrict competitors in same industry from licensing rights to that photo.
• Buyer does not mind if others outside of their industry license rights to that photo.
5. Unlimited Use, with Total Exclusivity:
• Buyer can use the image as often and in as many uses as they want, for a defined period of time.
• Buyer restricts ALL other buyers from using that image for the agreed license period.
6. Limited Buyout:
• Buyer can use the image as often and in as many uses as they want, for a defined period of time.
• Photographer cannot sell the image to any other client for that period of time.
• Photographer holds the copyright to the image.
7. Total Buyout:
• Buyer owns the photo and can use the image as often and in as many uses as needed.
• Copyright of the image is transferred to the buyer.
• Photographer removes that image from his collection and cannot license rights to that image ever again.
